Customize and Preview Client Email/SMS Notifications

We're adding a Communication Settings area where you can view, edit, and preview the emails your clients receive, from session reminders to payment requests to appointment confirmations.

This gives you control over your practice's voice in every automated message, so you can turn on reminders and payment requests with confidence that they sound like you.

    Personalize the email reminders

I would like to be able to personalize the appointment reminder message that goes out to clients so it is less sterile.

    Replies to Appointment Reminders

Right now when people reply to appointment reminders they are being sent to the email address specified in my “profile” and not in my “practice settings.” I can’t see the logic in that at all and request that it is changed. Thank you.

    Email subject line

When receiving emails about completed forms I would like to find a way to change it so that the email subject lines don’t have the clients full name in it?
Maybe using “KRi” or just their first and last initial?
Or having the ability to assign them a Chart ID?

Yes the calendar overall needs a bit of work and this is one of the necessary steps.

@Adrian Tannockthank you for the feedback! Could you please share what other calendar improvements you'd need for it to meet your requirements? Any specific features or workflows you're missing would be really helpful.

    Automatically provided note when scheduling

When scheduling a client, the session reminder (email and sms) sends out a note. I would like to have the ability to edit this note to my liking, so that I can for instance list my cancellation policy in the session reminder.

Customized text reminders for each client

It would be great to customized text reminders because some telethealth clients really need that 10 min reminder, while in person people would benefit from the 1 hr reminder. I even have soome who cold really use both!

With my ft job I even get text reminders 30mins prior. that might be helpful for clinicians especially when they work over several platforms.
