🎨 Practice Branding on Invoices, Superbills, and Forms

We're adding practice branding across the documents and pages your clients see so invoices, superbills, intake forms, and the Client Portal carry your practice's identity instead of generic Upheal styling.

Upload your logo once and it shows up everywhere it should, on every PDF Upheal generates and inside the Client Portal your clients log into. Practices that send superbills for insurance reimbursement, intake packets to new clients, or custom forms like school excuses and doctor's notes will have documents that look like they came from your practice, not a third-party tool.

This is the first step toward fuller customization across the client-facing experience. Tell us what else you'd want to brand by commenting below.

once this feature drops will the logo be retroactively added to all the forms that have already been signed? or will they just work on new forms moving forward?

I’d like to be able to add larger images to my documents. Currently, my uploaded logo is miniscule and unreadable.

I agree… this completed feature did not impress very much. I'd love to see more design customization and template options for client-facing documents. While the current branding feature works, the small logo and basic colours for templates feel quite basic, and I'd appreciate more polished, modern designs that better reflect my practice's identity.

It would be helpful to have:

      • More visually modern invoice and form templates

      • Greater customization options (fonts, spacing, layout flexibility)

      • Template variety so practices can choose designs that feel professional and aligned with their brand

      • Client-facing documents that feel premium and elevate the overall experience

I believe investing in design aesthetics would help all practices present themselves more professionally to clients and differentiate in a competitive market.

I imagine it would be pretty simple for UpHeal to add an image option to the form customization. They must want to limit customization for some reason.

    Logo upload

I think this was requested a while a go, but it would be nice if there was an option to upload the practices/clinics logo onto all documents and billing

Practice Branding is now live! 🎨

Practice owners on Premium plans and above can now customize their brand across the client-facing experience by setting:

    • Brand color

    • Brand name

    • Logo

These brand assets now appear across multiple client-facing interfaces, including:

    • PDF documents: Progress Notes, Submitted Forms, Payments, Invoices, Credit Notes, Superbills, and Statements

    • Client Portal

    • Telehealth screens

Upload your logo once and it shows up everywhere it should—on every PDF Upheal generates and inside the Client Portal your clients log into. Even forms submitted in the past will include the logo when downloaded.

As a next step, we’ll also be bringing personalization support to our native mobile apps (expect with app updates sometime next week).

As someone who owns my private practice but also freelance for another practice, it would be nice if this could be customizable (maybe by patient). Putting my practice branding on notes, forms, correspondence and at the tope of telehealth sessions is not appropriate when I’m seeing clients for another practice and my clinical documentation is provided for their record keeping.
