PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix google calendar and Upheal sync
My Upheal calendar continues not to sync with my google calendar and it is a disaster for both the practice and for planning with clients. They are also receiving google calendar invites for appts that have been deleted for weeks. This has made every day planning challenging - for example I am trying to book for doctors appointments, life obligations, etc and my phone is in my hand - but it includes the WRONG calendar. This needs to be resolved ASAP. Other EHRs have this feature as a given - I’m not sure why this is still not resolved at this point.

Hi@Sharmila Clee, this really sounds like a bug or a setup issue on your side rather than something you should have to work around. I’d strongly recommend sending a message to support@upheal.io so the team can check your Google Calendar sync configuration directly and help get this resolved quickly.

Actually it’s not - we already met with Tyler a few weeks who helped us with google calendar and it is still an issue. Simple Practice easily syncs with google calendar when appointment changes in real time - so this technology exists. It is extremely confusing and inconvenient to have completely different bookings showing up on Google vs Upheal
