👥 Co-Signatures for Supervised Notes

We're adding co-signatures on notes so supervisors in group practices can review and sign off on a supervisee's documentation directly in Upheal. Any clinician in your practice will be able to add a second signature to a note written by another clinician, with a clear record of who signed and when.

If your practice employs pre-licensed clinicians, you know the current workaround: tracking pending reviews in spreadsheets and chasing sign-offs over email. This brings that workflow into the note itself, so supervisory billing requirements and compliance stop living outside your EHR.

We're starting with the core co-signature, and building toward requesting a co-signature from a specific supervisor and a view of all notes waiting on your review.
