customize reminder message text

Currently, automated session reminders direct clients to contact via email. I'd like the ability to customize the reminder message text to direct clients to my preferred communication channel (e.g., the Upheal portal, SMS, etc.). This would let me maintain consistent communication workflows without having to disable automated reminders.
