Email subject line

Feature Request

When receiving emails about completed forms I would like to find a way to change it so that the email subject lines don’t have the clients full name in it?
Maybe using “KRi” or just their first and last initial?
Or having the ability to assign them a Chart ID?

    Yes. I dislike the lack of control over automatically generated Upheal (forms to complete, form reminders, appointment reminders, etc) emails:

    Subject line with emojis.
    Being sent from my personal email and not my professional email for no good reason.
    No ability to edit the text of these messages - even the ability to amend the template would be great.
    Contains an Ad for Upheal in the message.

    Great feature, saves me time and is convenient, but the implementation is not up to professional diary management levels and the diary is at the heart of a therapists’ workflow.

      I fully agree, the ability to edit the emails would be a huge benefit!
