Feature Request: Add "Coaching" and Other Independent Categories for Note Templates

When creating custom note templates in Upheal, templates are automatically stamped with a "Therapy" specialization/category tag. For practitioners who use Upheal for coaching, perhaps group workshops, etc as well as therapy, having "Therapy" permanently attached to coaching/workshop templates creates unnecessary visual clutter and noise.

Suggested Solution: Allow users to select alternative professional categories (such as "Coaching" or “Workshops”) when creating or editing custom note templates, or allow template category tags to be customized or hidden so that non-clinical notes aren't miscategorized.
