Please make a type of note that can be used for Life Coaching

I'd like to make a suggestion for a new feature in Upheal. I do both Psychotherapy as well as Life Coaching. I would like there to be an option for a type of note that would be for life coaching, and it would automatically generate the word "Coach" in place of the word "Therapist." And the life coaching tyope of note would not use language that included mental health diagnoses, since coaching doesn't address mental illness. So the note would not use, for example, the word "trauma" if the client had talked about abuse from their past. The note would refer to it as abuse or neglect, per se, but not trauma.

Feature Request: Add "Coaching" and Other Independent Categories for Note Templates

When creating custom note templates in Upheal, templates are automatically stamped with a "Therapy" specialization/category tag. For practitioners who use Upheal for coaching, perhaps group workshops, etc as well as therapy, having "Therapy" permanently attached to coaching/workshop templates creates unnecessary visual clutter and noise.

Suggested Solution: Allow users to select alternative professional categories (such as "Coaching" or “Workshops”) when creating or editing custom note templates, or allow template category tags to be customized or hidden so that non-clinical notes aren't miscategorized.

    Coaching Families and Couples

I love the family and couples features but would request the option for “coaching notes” like the option for individual sessions. I, as a coach, don’t need all the therapist lingo and would love the simple coaching notes if possible.

Currently the ability to change the way the note refers to you as the therapist is only available on the global level but we are considering how to improve this. In the meantime, if you use the coaching note, (if on an established client and not anonymous session), you can change the identifier from therapist to coach in the note itself for approx 2 sessions and the model will understand that is how you wish to be referred to with that client moving forward.

Hello @Liza Shaw! Thank you for the feedback! We actually now have a coaching note on our platform! You should be able to see its availability in the note templates section. Please let us know your feedback!
