Problem: When a client has multiple saved payment methods on file, there's no way to verify in Upheal which specific card was actually charged for a payment, after the payment is made. This creates an audit gap—therapists need to confirm that the card the client requested to be charged was the one that was actually used, but currently have to leave the platform and check Stripe or contact support to see card details.
Use Case: A client with multiple cards on file asks "Please charge my Visa ending in 5678," AFTER the payment has been taken. After the payment processes, the therapist needs to be able to verify that the correct card was used. Currently, the payment record in Upheal shows only that a card was charged, not which card.
Requested Feature: Display the last 4 digits of the card (and ideally the card brand) on the payment detail view in Upheal, so therapists can quickly verify which card was charged without leaving the app or contacting support.
Impact: Improves payment verification, reduces client disputes, and streamlines billing workflows for practices managing multiple payment methods per client.
