I ran into an issue where I have a couples account where I sent them forms that I created for them to fill out that would be considered an assessment. I added both their emails under their personal info. I went into their couples account and clicked on Forms. Then, send the packets that I created. When they reported back to me, they said that only one of them got the forms. Plus, once they filled it out and submitted it, it didn’t tell me who actually filled out the form. In my email inbox, it indicated who it was based on their email, but back in the Forms tab, it only tells me the date it was completed and submitted. I don’t know which member of the couple actually filled it out. So, I actually have to create two individual accounts for each of them that I can then send the forms to and then will know who is filling them out. This would be very helpful if this could be updated so I know which member of the couple actually filled out the form.
