Please incorporate given diagnoses into progress notes

Progress notes sometimes do not reflect the given diagnoses. For example, in the notes for a client with a diagnosis of paraplegia, some of her disability-related behaviors, such as using a wheelchair, were misinterpreted. Similarly, in the notes for a client with a diagnosis of Dissociative Identity Disorder, evidence of different parts (such as childlike voices) were not accurately described as parts. Can AI take these diagnoses into account when describing behaviors?
