Practice Roles need clarification

I need the practice management role to allow more than what is available at this time. My Revenue company/biller also provides auditing services for me and checks if my notes are compliant with the insurance agencies. They told me they need access to progress notes to review the following:

• Check that I completed a note

• If not is compliant for medical necessity

  • Place of service must be visible

  • Telehealth requirements must be visible

  • Face-to-face time with pt must be visible

• If the CPT code is correct

• If I signed the note

• Also if there is an audit they have to pull the notes to have a review with the utility management of the insurance companies.
