Send Emails To Clients and Attached Services (i.e Insurers, Referrers)

Upheal does not currently provide a built-in email system with reusable templates, dynamic merge fields, and linked contact records (e.g., client, referrer, GP) that automatically populate personalised emails.

It would be highly beneficial for Upheal to introduce an integrated email function that allows users to:

• Create reusable email templates

• Insert dynamic merge fields (e.g., client name, appointment date, clinician name)

• Send directly to stored contacts (client, referrer, GP, insurer, etc.)

• Auto-populate individualised emails from structured record data

This would significantly streamline administrative workflows and reduce duplication between clinical documentation and external communication.
