Space to annotate reason for cancellation of appointments

Thank you so much for adding the latest feature of giving us options to cancel the appointments and for them to stay on our calendars. It would be very helpful if we would also be allowed a space to note who canceled, and reason for cancellation and whether a fee was charged or not.
