Transcripts

Ive had two separate issues with this when not using the actual platform to see clients. If I accidentally forget to end the session and it rolls into the next session, is there a way to we split the transcript so it can applied to both clients?

Also, when there were issues a couple weeks ago I had to use something else to record but then realized it didn't matter because I couldn’t add it to the rest of it. Is there a way to add that also?
