What If Client History Worked Like Wikipedia?

Well, it would be great to have a real-time AI Assistant that allows me to search through past sessions. I need the client’s entire history as a continuous, connected story rather than isolated files. This way, the AI can stay “connected” to the past while the recording is active. Instead of treating each session as a separate “chapter” in a book, why not treat the entire client history like a “live Wikipedia page”?
