🤖 AI Assistant That Takes Action Across Your Practice

We're expanding the AI Assistant from a Q&A tool into a practice companion that can take action on your behalf. Instead of clicking through menus to check a client's billing status, find an open appointment slot, or review unsigned notes, you can ask the assistant and it will handle it directly.

The assistant now has full awareness of your practice data, including your calendar, invoices, client profiles, session documentation, forms, and inbox. It connects information across your entire practice, so you can ask things like:

  • "Find all clients who haven't been seen in 30 days, check if they have an outstanding balance, and draft a check-in message for each one."

  • "I have a cancellation tomorrow at 2pm. Who on my waitlist could fill that slot based on their availability preferences?"

  • "Pull together everything on Sarah M., her last three session notes, current treatment plan goals, and any forms she hasn't completed, so I'm prepped for our session tomorrow."

  • "Which of my clients from last month still have uninvoiced sessions, and can you create and send those invoices?"

Each action the assistant takes shows up in your practice the same way it would if you did it yourself, so you stay in control while spending less time navigating settings and menus.

Generating Work Flow (ex. Treatment Plan)

It would be helpful to have a feature where one can generate a report of who does not have a treatment plan generated in their caseload, how many progress notes have not been signed, etc.

It would be great to have AI front desk features to answer calls, offer client support, schedule, etc.

What If Client History Worked Like Wikipedia?

Well, it would be great to have a real-time AI Assistant that allows me to search through past sessions. I need the client’s entire history as a continuous, connected story rather than isolated files. This way, the AI can stay “connected” to the past while the recording is active. Instead of treating each session as a separate “chapter” in a book, why not treat the entire client history like a “live Wikipedia page”?

Thanks for this great suggestion! We're actually working on a smarter new iteration of our AI Assistant that is headed in this direction. Please stay tuned for updates
