📝 Control How People Are Named in Your Notes

We're giving you control over how people are referred to in your notes. Beyond first names and initials, you'll be able to use family roles like mother, father, or guardian, and set how you're referred to as the clinician.

Right now the wording is fixed. If you write "clt" rather than "client," or "Coach" rather than "Therapist," or you think about a family by role, you're editing every note to match your own style. Setting it once means notes come out sounding like you wrote them.

Settings stay separate for individual, couples, and family notes, so a change for family sessions doesn't rewrite how your individual notes read.
